Malaga Building Maintenance Corp is a family-founded business built on reliability, quality, and long-term relationships.

Our story began in 1980, when the Malaga family immigrated from Poland to Canada. In 1985, they started a cleaning company alongside their two sons, guided by a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing things right.

From the beginning, clients have been treated with respect and like family, a philosophy that has earned lasting trust and relationships—many of which continue today.

In 1999, the parents retired, and one son Tom, continued the business, carrying forward the same values that define the Malaga company. Today, we proudly serve a diverse multitude of Ontario properties with dependable and impeccable building maintenance and responsive customer support.
